Yoga in Hospitals
Our hospital yoga sessions support children facing medical challenges by offering gentle, adaptive movement, calming breathwork and sensory-friendly relaxation techniques. Designed to reduce anxiety, ease discomfort and promote emotional wellbeing, each session meets children where they are (whether in bed or seated) with compassion and care. We use simple yoga poses, guided breathing and mindfulness practices alongside soothing sensory props to create safe, peaceful moments during hospital stays. This approach helps reduce stress and anxiety, supports pain management, enhances emotional regulation, and increases body awareness, providing gentle physical activity that aids recovery and overall wellbeing in a nurturing environment.
