1. Services and Bookings
We offer yoga and wellbeing sessions for children and families in schools, nurseries, hospitals and community settings. Bookings must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change or cancel sessions if needed, and will always aim to give notice if this happens.

2. Payments and Refunds
Where fees apply, payment details will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Refunds are not offered for missed sessions, including due to illness or absence. If we need to cancel a session for any reason, we will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund where appropriate.

3. Participant Safety
All sessions are delivered by trained professionals with appropriate safeguarding checks in place. It is the responsibility of the parent, carer or school to inform us of any relevant health, medical or support needs before the session. We will always aim to provide an inclusive and supportive environment.
4. Behaviour and Respect
We ask that all participants, families and staff treat each other with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave a session if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, especially where the wellbeing of others may be affected.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in line with our 'Privacy Policy'. We will never share your personal information without your consent unless required by law or safeguarding procedures.
6. Website Use
All content on this site, including text, images and session materials, is the property of The Inclusive Yoga Project CIC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, share or reproduce our content without written permission.
