Yoga and Mental Health Workshops in Schools
We offer immersive half-day and full-day yoga workshops designed to give every child the opportunity to explore the ancient teachings of yoga in a fun, accessible, and age-appropriate way.
Through a blend of movement (āsanas), breathwork (prāṇāyāma), mindfulness, and meditation, students are introduced to tools that support emotional regulation, focus, resilience, and self-awareness. We gently introduce the 8-limbed path of yoga, encouraging children to reflect on values like kindness, patience, and discipline in their daily lives.
Our workshops also explore the parasympathetic nervous system in simple, relatable language, helping children understand how the brain and body respond to stress, and how yoga can help bring balance and calm. Each session ends with guided relaxation, leaving students grounded, refreshed, and empowered.
These workshops are tailored to different key stages and can be integrated into wellbeing weeks, PE curriculum, or enrichment days.
