After School Yoga Club
The Inclusive Yoga Project delivers an after school yoga space that is safe, nurturing and inclusive, where children are encouraged to be themselves while building friendships and confidence. Each session offers mindful movement flowing through creative yoga postures, supported by simple breathing exercises to help children unwind after the school day. Playful yoga games, gentle meditation and guided relaxation are woven throughout, creating a balanced and calming experience that supports emotional wellbeing, connection, and self-awareness.
