Early Years Yoga and Wellbeing
Our early years yoga and wellbeing sessions are designed for nursery and preschool children, supporting calm, confidence and emotional development through gentle movement, breath and play. Each session includes simple yoga-inspired poses, songs, sensory props, age-appropriate breathing exercises and short relaxation activities. These help children explore their bodies, regulate emotions and build focus in a fun and supportive way. We create a joyful, nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to join in at their own pace, with no pressure and lots of positive support. Sessions are flexible, inclusive and tailored to suit different needs, making them suitable for all children, including those with additional needs or who need a little extra emotional support.
